This MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of ______________________, 2010 (the “Execution Date”), by and between GREEKTOWN SUPERHOLDINGS, INC., a Delaware corporation (the “Owner”) and WG-MICHIGAN, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company (“Manager”).
