This PURCHASE CONTRACT (this “Contract”) is made and entered into as of May 28, 2010, by and between JACKIE’S INTERNATIONAL, INC., a Mississippi corporation (“Seller”) with a principal office at 1554 West Peace Street, Canton, Mississippi 39046 and APPLE NINE HOSPITALITY OWNERSHIP, INC., a Virginia corporation, with its principal office at 814 East Main Street, Richmond, Virginia 23219, or its affiliates or assigns (“Buyer”).
