EXPENSE LIMITATION AGREEMENT, effective as of March 1, 2011, by and between HSBC Global Asset Management (USA) Inc. (the “Investment Manager”) and HSBC Investor Funds (the “Trust”), on behalf of each of its series set forth in Schedule A hereto (each, a “Fund”).

(the “Manager”) and HSBC Investor Portfolios (the “Trust”), a New York master trust registered as an open-end diversified investment management company under the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended (the “1940 Act”), on behalf of the International Equity Portfolio (the “Portfolio”).
