This Amendment is made as of this 29th day of June 2011. In accordance with Section 17.1 (Amendment) of the Transfer Agency and Service Agreement dated September 1, 2009, as amended, (the “Agreement”) between Each of the Entities Individually and Not Jointly listed on Schedule A of the Agreement and Boston Financial Data Services, Inc. the parties desire to amend the Agreement as set forth herein.
