This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of June 19, 2015 (the “Effective Date”), is between SIRIUS XM RADIO INC., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and DARA F. ALTMAN (the “Executive”).
