Company as provided in the Employment Agreement or otherwise; (ii) to coverage under the Company’s insurance policies covering officers and directors; (iii) to other benefits which by their express terms extend beyond the Executive’s separation from employment (including the Executive’s rights under Section 6(f) of the Employment Agreement); and (iv) under this Agreement, and (c) all claims for discrimination, harassment and/or retaliation, under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, the Civil Rights Act of 1991, as amended, the New York State Human Rights Law, as amended, as well as any and all claims arising out of any alleged contract of employment, whether written, oral, express or implied, or any other federal, state or local civil or human rights or labor law, ordinances, rules, regulations, guidelines, statutes, common law, contract or tort law, arising out of or relating to the Executive’s employment with and/or separation from the Company, including but not li
