This Company Stockholder Voting Agreement (this “Agreement”), dated as of October 27, 2015, by and between Snyder’s-Lance, Inc., a North Carolina corporation (“Parent”) and the stockholders listed on Exhibit A hereto (each, a “Stockholder”).
