The undersigned, being at least a majority of the Trustees of Lord Abbett Investment Trust, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”) organized pursuant to a Declaration and Agreement of Trust dated August 16, 1993, as amended from time to time (the “Declaration”), do hereby terminate, pursuant to Section 5.4.3 of the Declaration and after the authorization by a Series Majority Shareholder Vote, the Series of the Trust named Lord Abbett Multi-Asset Focused Growth Fund.

This Expense Limitation Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into this 1st day of April, 2019 between Lord, Abbett & Co. LLC (“Lord Abbett”) and Lord Abbett Investment Trust (the “Trust”) with respect to Lord Abbett Core Fixed Income Fund (“Core Fixed Income Fund”), Lord Abbett Core Plus Bond Fund (“Core Plus Bond Fund”), Lord Abbett Corporate Bond Fund (“Corporate Bond Fund”), Lord Abbett Short Duration Core Bond Fund (“Short Duration Core Bond Fund”), Lord Abbett Total Return Fund (“Total Return Fund”), and Lord Abbett Ultra Short Bond Fund (“Ultra Short Bond Fund”) (each, a “Fund”).
