AMENDED AND RESTATED CREDIT AGREEMENT, dated as of May 24, 2002, among LENNAR CORPORATION, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Delaware (the “Borrower”), the lenders listed in Schedule I hereto (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Lenders”), and BANK ONE, NA, as Administrative Agent (the “Administrative Agent”).
