THIS LEASE AGREEMENT (“this Lease”) is entered into as of the 1st day of November, 2002 between C P INVESTMENTS, INC., an Alabama corporation (hereinafter referred to as the “Landlord”), and COMPUTER PROGRAMS AND SYSTEMS, INC., a Delaware corporation (hereinafter referred to as the “Tenant”).
