THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), is made and entered into as of July 30, 2002 by and among William C. Lumpkin, Jr. a resident of the State of Georgia (“Employee”), First Commerce Community Bank, a proposed Georgia state banking corporation (“Employer”) and First Commerce Community Bankshares, Inc., a Georgia corporation and sole shareholder of Employer (the “Company”).
