This Security Agreement (as amended, modified or otherwise supplemented from time to time, this “Agreement”), dated as of June 30, 2015, is executed by Thomas Lockhart, a resident of 2829 Timmons Lane, #214, Houston, TX 77027 (together with his successors and assigns, the “Guarantor”), and American Power Group Corporation (the “Lender”).

The obligations of the Guarantor under this Guaranty are secured by a Security Agreement, dated as of the date of this Guaranty, between the Guarantor and the Lender. Additional rights of the Lender are set forth in such Security Agreement and the other documents referred to therein.

This Loan and Security Agreement (as amended, modified or otherwise supplemented from time to time, this “Agreement”), dated as of June 30, 2015, is executed by Trident Resources LLC, a North Dakota limited liability company (together with its successors and assigns, the “Company”), and American Power Group Corporation (the “Lender”).
