THIS THIRD AMENDMENT TO CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Amendment”) is entered into as of February 4, 2008 by and between SEMITOOL, INC., a Montana corporation (“Borrower”), and WELLS FARGO HSBC TRADE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION (“Trade Bank”).
