AMENDMENT No. 1, dated as of June 11, 2015 (this “Amendment”), to the Credit Agreement dated as of March 9, 2015, among FAMILY TREE ESCROW, LLC, a Virginia limited liability company (the “Borrower”), the several banks and other financial institutions or entities from time to time parties to the Credit Agreement (the “Lenders”), J.P. MORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., as Administrative Agent (the “Administrative Agent”) and Collateral Agent and the various other parties thereto (as amended, restated, modified and supplemented from time to time prior to the date hereof, the “Credit Agreement”, and the Credit Agreement, as amended by this Amendment, the “Amended Credit Agreement”); capitalized terms used and not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings assigned to such terms in the Credit Agreement.
