This FOURTH AMENDED AND RESTATED FIVE-YEAR CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) dated as of April 15, 2019 is entered into among DTE ELECTRIC COMPANY, a Michigan corporation (the “Borrower”), the banks, financial institutions and other institutional lenders (the “Initial Lenders”) listed on the signature pages hereof, and CITIBANK, N.A. (“Citibank”), as Administrative Agent (including its branches and Affiliates as may be required to administer its duties, the “Agent”) for the Lenders (as hereinafter defined).
