This First Amendment to Lease (this “Amendment”) is entered into as of December 10, 2008, between DMH Campus Investors, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Landlord”), and Neurocrine Biosciences, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Tenant”), who agree that the Lease entered into between Landlord and Tenant as of December 4, 2007 (the “Lease”), is amended as follows. All initially capitalized terms used but not otherwise defined in this Agreement have the meanings ascribed to them in the Lease.
