THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of this 24th day of May, 2022 by and between Timberland Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”), and its wholly owned subsidiary, Timberland Bank (the “Bank”), and Jonathan A. Fischer (the “Employee”).
