This CHANGE IN CONTROL AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered by and between RIVERVIEW BANCORP, INC., a registered bank holding company (“Bancorp”), RIVERVIEW TRUST COMPANY (THE “TRUST”), RIVERVIEW BANK, a state-chartered commercial bank (the “Bank”), which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Bancorp (Bancorp, the Bank and the Trust are collectively referred to as the “Company”), and _________________ (“Executive”), and is dated _______, 20___ (the “Effective Date”).
