This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into by and between RIVERVIEW BANCORP, INC., a registered bank holding company (“Bancorp”), and RIVERVIEW BANK, a state-chartered commercial bank (the “Bank”), which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Bancorp (Bancorp and the Bank are collectively referred to as the “Company”), and __________ (“Executive”), and is dated ___________, 202_ (the “Effective Date”).
