DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT effective as of May 1, 2013 between Eaton Vance Variable Trust on behalf of each of its series listed on Schedule A (each referred to herein as the “Fund”), and Eaton Vance Distributors, Inc., a Massachusetts corporation (the “Principal Underwriter).” The Trustees of the Trust have established one class of shares of each of the Funds (the “Class”) but may establish other classes of shares from time to time (the “Classes”).
