AGREEMENT made this 27th day of September, 2016, between Eaton Vance Special Investment Trust, a Massachusetts business trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of Eaton Vance 1-to-10 Year Laddered Corporate Bond Fund (the “Fund”), and Eaton Vance Management, a Massachusetts business trust (“Eaton Vance”).

This Transfer Agency And Shareholder Services Agreement is made as of September 1, 2016 ("Effective Date") by and between BNY Mellon Investment Servicing (US) Inc. ("BNYM"), and each investment company listed on the signature page to this Agreement (the "Investment Company") and each Portfolio of each such Investment Company contained on Schedule B (each such Investment Company and Portfolio in its individual and separate capacity being a "Fund"). Capitalized terms, and certain noncapitalized terms, not otherwise defined shall have the meanings set forth in Schedule A (Schedule A also contains an index of defined terms providing the location of all defined terms).
