THIS AGREEMENT AND PLAN OF REORGANIZATION (“Agreement”) is made as of this 21st day of May, 2018, by and among Eaton Vance Special Investment Trust (“Special Investment Trust”), a Massachusetts business trust, on behalf of its series Eaton Vance Global Small-Cap Fund (“Global Small-Cap Fund”) and Eaton Vance Mutual Funds Trust (“Mutual Funds Trust”), a Massachusetts business trust, on behalf of its series Eaton Vance Global Small-Cap Equity Fund (“Global Small-Cap Equity Fund”).
