AGREEMENT made this 15th day of June, 2018, between Eaton Vance Special Investment Trust, a Massachusetts business trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of Eaton Vance Large-Cap Value Fund (the “Fund”), and Boston Management and Research, also a Massachusetts business trust (the “Adviser”).
