This First Amendment to the Amended and Restated Master Custodian Agreement (“Amendment”) effective as of October 20, 2023 (the “Amendment Effective Date”) is made to the Amended and Restated Master Custodian Agreement dated as of September 1, 2013 (the “Existing Agreement”) by and between State Street Bank and Trust Company (“State Street”) and each Eaton Vance Fund listed at Appendix A (each a “Fund” and collectively the “Funds”). Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in the Existing Agreement. This Amendment is deemed incorporated in and made a part of the Existing Agreement, and the parties respective data protection obligations under this Amendment and the Existing Agreement are subject to the Data Protection Addendum executed by State Street and the Funds which took effect on October 20, 2023.
