This EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made as of August 3, 2005 between CITIZENS FINANCIAL CORPORATION, a Kentucky corporation (“Employer”), and JAMES H. KNOX, an individual residing in Louisville, Kentucky (“Employee”).
