THIS SALARY CONTINUATION AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into on the 19th day of October, 2005, to be effective as of October 19, 2005, by and between FIRST SECURITY BANK OF LEXINGTON, INC., a Kentucky corporation, with its principal office and place of business located at 318 East Main Street, Lexington, Kentucky 40507 (the “Bank”), and DAVID A. DONALDSON, an individual residing at 312 Boone Way, Richmond, Kentucky 40475 (the “Employee”).
