SUB-ADVISORY AGREEMENT AGREEMENT dated as of March 11, 2015, between BlackRock Advisors, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Adviser"), and BlackRock (Singapore) Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of Singapore ("Sub-Adviser").
