INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT made this 7th day of April, 2015, by and between ELKHORN ETF TRUST, a Massachusetts business trust (the "Trust"), and ELKHORN INVESTMENTS, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the "Adviser").
