This Equipment Purchase Contract, together with the exhibits attached hereto (this “Contract”) is entered into as of March 8, 2007 by and between Hub City Terminals, Inc., located at 3050 Highland Parkway Suite 100 Downers Grove, IL 60515, U.S.A. (“Buyer”), Singamas Management Services, Ltd., located at P.O. Box 71, Craigmuir Chambers, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands (“Seller”) and, for purposes of ARTICLE 11 only, Singamas North America, Inc., located at 2410 Camino Ramon, Suite 135, San Ramon, CA 94583 (“Old Seller”).
