ReliaStar Life Insurance Company (“ReliaStar"), Lord Abbett Series Fund, Inc. (the "Fund") and Lord Abbett Distributor LLC (the "Distributor") hereby agree to an arrangement whereby the Fund shall be made available to serve as underlying investment media for Annuity or Life Contracts ("Contracts") to be issued by ReliaStar.
