THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) dated as of September 14, 2006, is made by and between Congaree Bancshares, Inc. a South Carolina corporation (the “Employer” or the “Company”), which is the holding company for Congaree State Bank (In Organization), a proposed state chartered bank (the “Bank”), and Charlie Lovering, an individual resident of South Carolina (the “Executive”).
