THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) dated as of June 17, 2008, is made by and between First Community Corporation, a South Carolina corporation (the “Company”), First Community Bank, N.A., (the “Bank”), which is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company (the Company and the Bank collectively referred to herein as the “Employer”), and Joseph G. Sawyer, an individual resident of South Carolina (the “Executive”).
