THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) dated as of November 10, 2008, is made by and between BankGreenville Financial Corporation, a South Carolina corporation (the “Employer” or “Company”), which is the holding company for BankGreenville, a South Carolina state bank (the “Bank”), and Paula S. King, an individual resident of South Carolina (the “Executive”).
