THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made effective as of September 21, 2010 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Peoples Federal Bancshares, Inc. (the “Company”), a Maryland corporation, with its principal offices located at 435 Market Street, Boston, Massachusetts 02135, and Thomas J. Leetch, Jr. (“Executive”). Any reference herein to the “Bank” shall refer to Peoples Federal Savings Bank, the wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.
