THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED AGREEMENT is adopted this 26 day of October, 2010, by and between THE LAPORTE SAVINGS BANK, a state-chartered savings bank located in LaPorte, Indiana (the “Bank”), and Russ Klosinski (the “Executive”).

THIS AGREEMENT is adopted this 26 day of October, 2010, with an effective date of November 1, 2010 (the “Effective Date”) by and between THE LAPORTE SAVINGS BANK, a state-chartered savings bank located in LaPorte, Indiana (the “Bank”), and Michele M. Thompson (the “Executive”). This Agreement shall append the Split Dollar Endorsement entered into on even date herewith or as subsequently amended, by and between the aforementioned parties.
