This Agreement (“Agreement”) is made effective as of the 19th day of November, 2010 (the “Effective Date”), by and among KAISER FEDERAL BANK (the “Bank”), a federally chartered stock savings bank, with its principal administrative office at 1359 N. Grand Ave., Covina, California 91724 and KAY M. HOVELAND (“Executive”). Any reference to the “Company” herein shall mean KAISER FEDERAL FINANCIAL GROUP, INC., the holding company of the Bank. The Company is a party to this Agreement for the sole purpose of guaranteeing the payments required hereunder, except as otherwise provided herein.
