This Employment Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made effective as of the 30th day of July, 2013 (the “Effective Date”), by and between BCB Community Bank, a New Jersey chartered bank (the “Bank”), with its principal offices at Bayonne, New Jersey, and DONALD MINDIAK (“Executive”). Any reference to the “Company,” shall mean BCB Bancorp, Inc., or any successor thereto.
