This Amended and Restated Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan (the “Plan”), is made and entered into as of May 18, 2016, by and between Lake Shore Savings Bank, a federally-chartered savings bank (the “Bank”), and Daniel P. Reininga, President and Chief Executive Officer of Lake Shore Bancorp, Inc., a federally-chartered corporation and a mid-tier stock holding company (the “Company”) and the Bank (the “Executive”). The Plan was originally entered into as of June 30, 2012 and initially amended and restated as of November 1, 2015.
