This Employment Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made effective as of the 1st day of July, 2016 (the “Effective Date”), by and between BCB COMMUNITY BANK, a New Jersey state-chartered bank (the “Bank”), with its principal offices at 595 Avenue C, Bayonne, New Jersey, and THOMAS KEATING (“Executive”). Any reference to the “Company” shall mean BCB Bancorp, Inc., or any successor thereto.
