THIS AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into this 11th day of December, 2019, by and between Salisbury Bank and Trust Company, a banking corporation, located in Lakeville, CT (the “Bank”), and ____________________, a current employee of the Bank (hereinafter referred to as the “Employee”). This Agreement supersedes any prior split dollar agreement that may be in effect as of the effective date of this Agreement and hereby nullifies and cancels any such prior split dollar agreement.
