This Employment Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made effective as of January 1, 2020 (the “Effective Date”), by and between BCB BANCORP INC. and BCB COMMUNITY BANK, a New Jersey state-chartered bank (collectively the “Company” or the “Bank”), with its principal offices at Bayonne, New Jersey, and THOMAS COUGHLIN (“Executive”).
