This Resignation, Separation Agreement and Full and Final Release of Claims (“Agreement”) is entered into between Berkshire Hills Bancorp, Inc., Berkshire Bank and Tami M. Gunsch (“you” or “your”) (collectively, the “Parties”) on October 29, 2021.

This Consulting Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Tami M. Gunsch (“you”) and Berkshire Bank (the “Bank”) on October 29, 2021 (the “Effective Date”). For purposes of this Agreement, the term “Bank” shall also include the Bank’s successors, and all of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents.
