This Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made effective as of this 9th day of June 2024 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Mercer Savings Bank (the “Bank”), a state-chartered institution with its principal offices at 1100 Irmscher Blvd, Celina, OH 45822 and Sherman Crum (“Executive”). References to the “Company” in this Agreement means Mercer Bancorp, Inc., the proposed holding company of the Bank.
