THIS FIRST AMENDMENT OF BUSINESS LOAN AGREEMENT AND RELATED DOCUMENTS (the "First Amendment") is made effective as of the 28th day of August, 2003, between PETMED EXPRESS, INC., a Florida corporation (the "Borrower"), and SOUTHTRUST BANK, an Alabama banking corporation (the "Lender").
