THIS AGREEMENT is made this 10th day of February, 2022 by and between Ministry Partners Investment Company, LLC, (“MPIC”) and Ministry Partners Securities, LLC, (“MP Securities”). For purposes of this Agreement, MPIC and MP Securities shall hereinafter and collectively be referred to as the “Parties”.
