The undersigned (hereinafter referred to as the “Subscriber”) hereby irrevocably subscribes for and agrees to purchase the number of units of the Corporation (the “Units”) set forth below for the aggregate subscription price set forth below, representing a subscription price (the “Subscription Price”) of Cdn.$0.78 per Unit, upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Subscription Agreement. Each Unit consists of one common share (a “Common Share”) of the Corporation and one quarter of one common share purchase warrant, each whole common share purchase warrant (a “Warrant”) entitling the holder to purchase one additional Common Share (a “Warrant Share”) on the terms and conditions set out in the form of Warrant certificate attached as Schedule B.
