DATE: MARCH 31, 1999 This Loan and Security Agreement is entered into on the above date between GREYROCK CAPITAL, a Division of NationsCredit Commercial Corporation ("Greyrock"), whose address is 10880 Wilshire Blvd., Suite 950, Los Angeles, CA 90024 and the borrowers named above (jointly and severally, the "Borrower"), whose chief executive office is located at the above address ("Borrower's Address").
