This FOURTH AMENDED AND RESTATED CREDIT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into as of August 23, 2023 among ARCH CAPITAL GROUP LTD., an exempted company limited by shares incorporated under the laws of Bermuda (“Parent Borrower”), the Subsidiaries of the Parent Borrower party hereto, each lender from time to time party hereto (collectively, the “Lenders” and individually, a “Lender”), and Bank of America, N.A., as Administrative Agent, L/C Administrator and a Fronting Bank.
