This CREDIT AGREEMENT was originally entered into on December 3, 2012 and is amended by the First Amendment (as defined below), dated as of the First Amendment Effective Date (as defined below) (as may be further amended, amended and restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, this “Credit Agreement”) among DYCOM INDUSTRIES, INC., a Florida corporation (the “Borrower”), the Guarantors (defined herein), the Lenders (defined herein) and BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., as Administrative Agent, Swingline Lender and L/C Issuer (each, as defined herein).
