This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) was originally made and entered into as of June 1, 2004 and was subsequently amended and restated as of December 30, 2005 is hereby amended and restated as of June 27, 2006 by and between NewAlliance Bank, a Connecticut savings bank (the “Bank”), and Brian S. Arsenault (the “Executive”).
