THIS MASTER SERVICES AGREEMENT together with its Exhibits (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of this 1 day of August, 2012 (the “Effective Date”) by and between BimSym eBusiness Solutions, Inc. BIMSYM and HIIQUOTE may be referred to within this Agreement each individually as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.”
